The Allen Senior Recreation Center, 451 St. Mary Drive, will host a Veteran's Day program to recognize all local veterans, active military and reservists on Monday, November 9. The program is open to the public and begins at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and donuts followed by a ceremonial program at 9:30 a.m. The program will feature a Color Guard Flag Presentation by Korean War Veterans Association of Richardson, patriotic music by Marion Elementary Sixth Grade Choir, and guest speaker Gary Schutza, Korean veteran. The program is sponsored by Conservatory Senior Living. For more information, call 214.509.4820.
